Rewards Redemption Issue

I still haven’t received instructions for getting my gift cards from the request I made on December 30th 2022.

I have sent repeated private messages & received no replies

Please advise when I will either get an email with instructions or when you will be returning the 10,000 points to my account.

Hi, me again :slight_smile: I just double checked and since they hadn’t been fulfilled, your points weren’t taken away. I just went and declined the requests made when they were still on pause - just to be safe. You shouldn’t have had any issues prior, but now you definitely won’t have a problem redeeming them. You’re eligible to redeem up to $500 in a calendar year.

It would have been nice if you had asked me about the 2022 requests before unilaterally deciding WITHOUT ME or my input what to do

I’m sorry, I’m unclear on your ask? You had requested gift cards when they were not being fulfilled on the platform. So we declined the pending requests so it didn’t tie up your points and would allow you to get them fulfilled currently. I was going to direct message you, but I’ll just let you know here that we received your redemption requests and will process them. Once they’re completed you’ll get an email from Tremendous to select your giftcards. We’ll DM you on the platform once the email has been sent. Thanks!

Basically you unilaterally took my ability to cash out points for 2022. That should not have been your decision to make.

I apologize as I’m not understanding. The rewards you redeemed weren’t available for redemption when you submitted them. I’m more than happy to jump on a call with you to clear up confusion. As you know- going back and forth in text often times context is lost, confusion can occur, and frustration can happen. Would love to eleviate any and all!

If it wasn’t available on 12/30/2022, why was I able to request it.

Don’t feel bad you aren’t alone. My two requests made in 2022 should of been counted as 2022 as THAT’s when they were requested. But sadly, the choice was made that they didn’t count towards 2022 even though they were cashed out in 2022. So I should have the ability to cash out more this year as this is a new year. It is not the same year as the 2022 gift card requests. Yes I feel ripped off, yes I feel cheated. But I know I wasn’t the only one who got shafted.

Now I have a private message from Sarah Coff saying I can redeem points for gift cards but my requests for 2022 were cancelled WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.

Can you please all get on the same page regarding these rules? Which might as well be anarchy.

People on this site are often on very fixed incomes & frankly don’t deserve to be jerked around by this company. $500 may be nothing to you, but for people here it might be the difference between being able to afford better medical care or healthier food or very basic needs.

I had this same issue in 2022. It took 6 months to get a prize. I think this company is very small staffed and overwhelmed. I had to go to the Facebook group and post publically. I didn’t like that I had to do that. Exposing my private FB account to the masses but the back and forth with Sarah and Julie was making my head spin. It was after I posted there Julie contacted me directly and things started to get sorted. Sadly, it appears my Twitter will forever be broken because from what I can make out, it’s a third party who doesn’t know how to do their job. (I’d personally hire someone else who does know how to do their job but that’s just me.)

I’m glad to know it isn’t just me Amy, I’m very sorry these people who work for whatever they’re calling the company this week (it was WEGO Health when I signed up a few years ago) don’t get what it is like to be overwhelmed by a health &/or caregiving issue, to have their stamina, energy & free time limited by health &/or caregiving not to mention their actual incomes.

If I had the time, I’d consider filing a lawsuit in small claims court wherever the company is now thought to have its headquarters but maybe I’ll just put the word out with my former law school classmates & see if a class action lawsuit is feasible.

I never noticed it till you said it. They are going by multiple names. “Social Health Network” “Wego Health” . I posted in the FB group since the topic about deleting activities is being ignored by ADMINs. I wasn’t even sure I posted in the right group since there was no clear connection to “wego health”

So there was a merger between WEGO & some other entity whose name I forget last year & eventually they changed the name to ‘Social Health Network’. And that’s when this site began to go downhill. I assume they fired or let go of a lot of employees.
Since the merger, there have been no more useful educational classes, no activities on diversity, equity, inclusiveness & access – the last one is important to people living with disabilities, etc.
It’s now just survey taking for points / rewards & frankly other sites do that too. And not just for sensitive health issues.
And a lot of spam users registering & spamming the comments boards. I report at least 1 per week, typically it’s like every other day. For which I get zero dollars.

@SEO we’ve previously stated, gift cards from 2022 have not been canceled nor have points been removed. Gift card rewards were paused in 2022, due to spammers overwhelming and abusing the system. We will reach out to you directly. Per our community rules (#14) and terms of use, this thread is closed.
